Customer Service Representative
This position requires the ability to handle day-to-day office operations including managing portfolios and delivering an exceptional service to our entire client base. This includes everything from routine servicing, billing, and maintenance of home and auto insurance policies, to complex additions and alterations of multimillion dollar accounts. Also, it includes the responsibility to promote our agency products as well as constantly updating skills and knowledge within the insurance industry.
Candidate evaluation criteria include the following:
- A passion for being part of a team
- A college degree or previous business experience
- Evidence of organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer skills
- Bilingual is a plus
Producer
An insurance producer should be a licensed representative who gets an authorization to solicit, negotiate or sell insurance products according to the need and requirement of clients. This position offers flexible working hours.
Candidate evaluation criteria include the following:
- This person should have good communication skills along with strong convincing power.
- Ability to understand the needs and requirements of clients when they are looking for insurance policy.
- Capable of maintaining long-term relationships with the clients.
- Should have thorough knowledge of all the insurance policies as well as pros and cons related to them.
Compensation for all positions is negotiable.
